Your first order will ship upon receipt of your payment. In most cases, goods can be dispatched before the funds are credited to our account, provided you send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment (a scan by mail or fax is sufficient). Otherwise, goods are dispatched once our account has been credited.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 working days.

Most orders are shipped with DM Direct services using the DPD network. Delivery times can vary between 1 and 4 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of delivery online. But please bear in mind that neither the courier nor Le Chanvrier are liable in the event of delays. It is not possible to deliver on or at a specific day or time.
An often faster but more expensive option is shipment through TNT. The rate is calculated on a combination of volume, weight and postcode. Please contact us to calculate your rate.

The client is responsible for the follow up of the order as soon as it has left our warehouse. We do provide all necessary means to do so. In the event a parcel is confirmed lost by the shipping company, a replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible provided you sign a declaration of non-receipt of the original parcel. We will then recover the cost of the lost parcel from the shipping company on your behalf.

Your orders are packaged with care in order to protect them during transport. However, it is important that you make sure your fabric has arrived in good order before signing the delivery slip. In case of damage, all damages must be specified on the delivery forms otherwise no claims can be made. In the event of severe damage, you may refuse to accept the parcel. Please note that once you sign the delivery form without remarks, no claims for damages can be accepted. Depending on the situation, a replacement will be shipped out or compensation will be provided.
